Magical Minimalism is this month’s theme at Paleica’s. When I described my understanding of Minimalism before, I said that minimal music can be quite hypnotic. So adding ‘magical’ is right to the point here. I also wondered if part of the effect of minimalism might be caused by the notion of not really being too sure of what you hear… Well maybe this also works with these pictures, in a visual way, in a way.

There is more here than in the previous post, more lines, more structure that can be hypnotic if we keep looking. I really like it.

Auf dem ersten Bild, ist das Holz oder eine Holzstruktur-Tapete? Die gibt es ja inzwischen auch zu kaufen.
Faszinierend ist auch das 2.Bild! Hier bringt es der Schatten.

Vielen Dank, Moni. Jetzt die Versuchung natürlich wirklich groß zu verraten, was man auf den Bildern sieht – aber das würde meiner (vorläufigen) Interpretation von Minimalismus widersprechen…
