Deep and cool. Wondering what the first one is?
It is a turntable for railroad engines. I guess they used it to turn the steam engines around at the end of the line (to have it pointing its nose into the right direction, then pass by the train on a second track and pull it back out of town) because there was no space for an American-style loop. But it’s a shot in the dark.
Yes, that first one is cool! Beautiful.
Thanks a lot!
I like the first composition a lot; beautiful photo!
It’s one of my favourites too. Thanks, Harrie!
That’s deep. 🙂
Thanks.
Welcome! 🙂
