    Great photo, Tobias, on the one hand it looks like the attack of the topiary and yet it has a beautiful lilting effect as well.

    My immediate reaction: sponges. Vaguely menacing sponges.
    Today seems to be a Rorschach kind of day.
    (But I bet you had a good time photographing these trees.)

      … they felt quite surreal in reality. Our American friend called the “Q-Tips Trees”, a line of thought similar to yours possibly. I was (of course) also attracted by the negative space … Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Judith!
